Replacement Keyboard Compaq CQ510

This is the time how i disassemble the keyboard for compaq series cq510. Compared to Acer and Asus, Compaq 510 has a complexity that is quite difficult than them (Acer and ASUS).

See the picture how it steps

1. Tools ( You need screwdriver ) like picture below

2. Open two screws ( be careful) use the right screw to open, don't till screw is broken

 

3. Behind the battery, there are 4 (four) keys to open keyboard.  The keys are very sensitive, careful when you slide them

4. In the Right and Left, there are 2 ( two screw) Open this use the right screwdriver

5. The last, Before replace keyboard, you have to open case first. If you first time, this is rather difficult, so becareful. It perhaps some key will broken.

How to open Keyboard Acer 4743?

In 20 Feb 2014, my friend need help to check his laptop in my place.  The laptop is fine, software and hardware. The problem  of Acer 4743 is, when booting windows, it needs time too long. Windows will normal after press one of keyboard button.

I make conclusion, that one of button keyboard is error. I Finally open keyboard and replace it to the new keyboard.

We only need 4 step to open keyboard compaq Cq43
1. open battery then open case, look at the picture

2. open screw in hole, look at picture

3.  On keyboard, there are 4 key. you have to slide. look at picture.

4. finish,
open connector between motherboard and keyboard.

How to Fix Windows blank after instaling Driver?

Before explain, i will take note the main point 'why after instal driver, my windows is blank'?

It's usually hapenned after instal driver by using Driverpack V.12 (drp). Not every laptop or netbook will have the some trouble after instal (drp). In my experience, i get  acer aspire one model 756, Acer model 725, Acer V5-121, and the similar of VGA chipset type.

Why my windows is blank after instal ServicePack versi 12?
Yes, its most important question before i get solve. It because DriverPack (especially versi 12 and lower) is not support to new laptop model.  When you instal driver use DRP, the driver perhaps installed,  but however drivers not update and not support. So, when finish, laptop will blank and windows is not work.

How to fix it? Need i install new windows?
No, it simple and we just only go to Windows Safe Mode.
 Steps
# Press F8 before Windows boating
# Choose Windows Safe Mode  (you must success go to Windows safe mode to fix this trouble)
# Go to Control panel home -  device manager ( see picture)

# Then, choose  Display adapter ( see picture)
Click Right - Disable

After finish, restart computer. Its surely done..
Then, you need to the driver update to instal driver you need. You can get them into official site in each laptop model.

How to Instal Driver for Laptop Automatically?

It's the some question i have ever hear, but the first time i can write and post this way. In other site, we can also find the same method and trick related about the title 'How to Instal Driver for Laptop Automatically?'.

In this time, i will show it how instal in Windows 7 based on my experience so far. Before we instal laptop or computer, first we have to prepare some driver supporting about windows we will install. So, when we finish our installation, we will easy to instal driver we want to instal.

But, we some time forget about preparing the driver. Then what have to do if we do not have driver?
Don't be panic, because it can be installed automatically. In this case, we have to connect to internet and surely, that the connection is good.

First we have to do is Connecting your laptop/computer to internet

Choose System and Security

Step #3

Choose Windows Update

Step #4

Choose Check for Update

Its the last picture i can show, you can choose check for update,  the system will check some driver must be update.  You can choose recommend drivers. System will automatically show some driver in your screen.  

System will automatically select  drivers based on laptop spec and operating system you instal. It perhaps take several minute to download and update, It depend on the size of driver you update.

After finishing, restart your laptop.
